Ingredients
800 gr. Fresh fish ( tuna, cabrilla or grouper )
4 tablespoons olive oil .
1 tyeaspoon chopped "limo" hot pepper.
½ cup coriander leaves .
Salt and pepper ( just ground and to taste )
Preparation
Clean meat thoroughly with a knife, sharpened before chopping .
Place it in a bowl and season it with the rest of the ingredients . Stir softly
and serve it with bread, lettuce or toast. You can also add some tabasco drops,
worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, capers to the fish mixture .
