Ingredients
  • 800 gr. Fresh fish ( tuna, cabrilla or grouper )
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil .
  • 1 tyeaspoon chopped "limo" hot pepper.
  • ½ cup coriander leaves .
  • Salt and pepper ( just ground and to taste )

Preparation

  • Clean meat thoroughly with a knife, sharpened before chopping .
  • Place it in a bowl and season it with the rest of the ingredients . Stir softly and serve it with bread, lettuce or toast. You can also add some tabasco drops, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, capers to the fish mixture .
