Ensalada Tibia Oriental

Ingredeients
- 1 table spoon sesame seed oil .
- ¼ kg. prawns .
- 200 gr. whole snowpea ( colantao )
- 2 cups brussel sprout , cut in dices .
- ½ cup soy bean sprouts .
- 1 sauteed red peper cut in slices .
- 200 gr. halved mushrooms .
- 1 table spoon toasted sesame seeds .
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger .
- 1 can tomato paste .
- 1/5 cup good quality soy sauce .
- 1 fresh chopped tomato , seedless .
- Salt and peper .
Preparation
- Peel the prawns when raw so that you keep them whole .Clean the upper part of it
, making a hole so that you can remove the small black vein. Marinate for 1 hour in sesame
seed oil, salt and ground ginger .
- Then, heat a large skillet ans saute the prawns at high heat until cooked and
crispy. Add the rest of the previously clean vegetables ( washed and dried with a clean
cloth) leave them cook at high heat and season .
- Serve on a large serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seed .
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients, season and pour it over the vegetables .
