Ingredients:
½ kg. Spaghetti
6 fresh tomatoes
good quality virgin olive oil.
2 cloves garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Some basil leaves to garnish
Preparation:
Boil spaghetti in water with a splash of oil and salt until they become al dente.
In another skillet, sauté in hot oil, tomatoes cut in dices with fresh basil and garlic. Be careful, so that tomato does not shred.
Serve spaghetti immediately, covering it with tomato and pouring some olive oil over it.
