SPAGHETTI AL OLIVO
4 servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg. Spaghetti
  • 6 fresh tomatoes
  • good quality virgin olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Some basil leaves to garnish

Preparation:

  • Boil spaghetti in water with a splash of oil and salt until they become al dente.
  • In another skillet, sauté in hot oil, tomatoes cut in dices with fresh basil and garlic. Be careful, so that tomato does not shred.
  • Serve spaghetti immediately, covering it with tomato and pouring some olive oil over it.
