Spaghetti with Black Shells
(4 servings)
Recipe from Bohemia Cafe

Ingredients:

  • 3 dozen black shells.
  • ½ kg. spaghetti.
  • 12 garlic cloves .
  • 1 ½ cup chopped parsley.
  • 1 glass white wine.
  • 120 gr. butter.
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil.
  • 100 gr.Parmesan cheese.
  • ½ chopped red hot pepper.

Preparation:

Cook spaghetti al dente . Put it aside.

On a frying- pan pour some olive oil and sauté garlic together with hot pepper. Add black shells and then white wine . Let shells open . Take them out .

In the resulting juice , add spaghetti and leave it cook until it mixes with the sauce . At the end ,add shells , chopped parsley, a dash of olive oil and Parmesan cheese .
