Cook spaghetti al dente . Put it aside.
On a frying- pan pour some olive oil and sauté garlic together with hot pepper. Add
black shells and then white wine . Let shells open . Take them out .
In the resulting juice , add spaghetti and leave it cook until it mixes with the sauce
. At the end ,add shells , chopped parsley, a dash of olive oil and Parmesan cheese .
