Thai Seafood Soup

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. squids
  • 8 large prawns
  • 1 dozen scallops
  • 1 dozen shrimp tails
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ glass white wine
  • 1 cup seafood broth
  • 2 tablespoons ground red hot pepper

Preparation:

In a saucepan, sauté seafood and add ginger red hot pepper and white wine.

Take seafood out. Add seafood broth, coconut milk and mint leave to the saucepan. Leave it cook.

Once sauce is cooked, add curry, peanut butter, sauté seafood and chopped cilantro.

Taste the seasoning and accompany with white rice, which has been cooked with coconut milk.
