CHICHARRON NOVOANDINO DE PESCADO

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr. fish.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon cream mirasol hot pepper.
  • Salt, pepper.
  • 1 cup flour.
  • 3 beaten eggs.
  • 3 cups quinua.
  • Oil for frying.

Tomato sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 350gr. chopped tomatoes, seedless.
  • 1 garlic clove.
  • Fresh dill.
  • Marigold.
  • Salt, pepper

Accompaniment

  • Fried "palillo "banana.
  • Lettuces
  • avocados.

Preparation

  • Filet the fish in a size of 3cm.x 1cm. , season it with soy sauce and hot pepper . Marinate it for 1 hour.
  • Coat it with flour and then dip it in beaten eggs and quinua.
  • Fry it in a good amount of oil.
  • Accompany it with tomato sauce, that is made by cooking all the ingredients in a sauce- pan.
  • Serve it with fried bananas, avocado, and hydroponic lettuc
