CHICHARRON NOVOANDINO DE PESCADO

Panatagruel Restaurant ChefIngredients:
- 350 gr. fish.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon cream mirasol hot pepper.
- Salt, pepper.
- 1 cup flour.
- 3 beaten eggs.
- 3 cups quinua.
- Oil for frying.
Tomato sauce:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil.
- 350gr. chopped tomatoes, seedless.
- 1 garlic clove.
- Fresh dill.
- Marigold.
- Salt, pepper
Accompaniment
- Fried "palillo "banana.
- Lettuces
- avocados.
Preparation
- Filet the fish in a size of 3cm.x 1cm. , season it with soy sauce and hot
pepper . Marinate it for 1 hour.
- Coat it with flour and then dip it in beaten eggs and quinua.
- Fry it in a good amount of oil.
- Accompany it with tomato sauce, that is made by cooking all the
ingredients in a sauce- pan.
- Serve it with fried bananas, avocado, and hydroponic lettuc
