CEVICHE MIXTO
4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 600 gr. fish filets.
  • 20 prawns.
  • 250 gr.hedgehogs or the seafood you prefer.
  • 1 cut onion (julienne style)
  • 18 lemons.
  • 1 sweet potato.
  • 1 corn.
  • 1 lettuce.
  • 1 "limo "hot pepper to taste.
  • Salt and anise seed.

Preparation:

Chop the fish in dices (wash at least twice, handling it carefully), mix it with the cooked and peeled prawns, add onion. Add hedgehogs with their juice. Season with salt, chopped hot pepper and lemon juice. Marinate for 3 minutes. Serve on a soup dish with cooked sweet potatoes and corn kernels, cook it in water, sugar, salt, lemon juice and anise seed.
