CEBICHE TRADICIONAL

- 1 kg. sole.
- 300 gr. onion.
- 18 lemons.
- 1" limo "hot pepper to taste.
- Salt.
Preparation:
Put the diced fresh fish on a dish. Wash it with onion finely cut. Do not
forget that ceviche is made from fish and not from onions. Add a handful of salt. Mix it
with the hands carefully. Add chopped" limo "hot pepper, squeeze lemons and pour
the juice. Ready. Enjoy it!!!!!
