Boil the corn with water, pineapple rind, quince, apple, cinnamon, clove
and anise seed . Boil it until the liquid becomes very dark . Strain .
Prepare a compote with all the fruits , add water to cover them and sugar
to taste .Dissolve the sweet potato flour in a small amount of water . Add the purple corn
( already with fruit ). Stir until cook ( 10 minutes ) . Remove it from heat and add lemon
juice . Cool and sprinkle with ground cinnamon .
