Boil sweet potatoes, peeled pumpkin with cinnamon and clove . Put on the
working table the flour making a crown . In the center place yeast, sweet potato and
pumpkin with all its water .
Beat it well. Add anise seed and salt . Keep kneading until it
doesnt stick to the table anymore .
Place the batter in a bowl, cover it with a damp cloth . Let it yeast.When
it is doubled in volume , heat the oil in a deep frying pan .
Take portion of the batter with wet fingers with salt water . Place it on
the skillet making a big hole in the center. Turn it with the help of a stick. Serve it
with molasses .
