Cau Cau de Atún
( Tuna )Ingredients: 2 cans tuna .
1 finely chopped onion .
3 tablespoon fresh ground hot pepper .
4 boiled potatoes cut in dices .
3 teaspoon chopped mint .
½ teaspoon chopped parsley .
3 cloves garlic .
Salt and pepper .
Palillo and cumin seed .
Preparation:
Fry ground garlic , add onion, sauté it and season with salt,
pepper and cumin seed to taste .Add palillo, approximately half teaspoon , ground hot
pepper and mint .Stir well and add tuna and potatoes, mix them well. Serve it and sprinkle
parsley, garnish with white rice . |
