Cau Cau de Atún
( Tuna )

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans tuna .
  • 1 finely chopped onion .
  • 3 tablespoon fresh ground hot pepper .
  • 4 boiled potatoes cut in dices .
  • 3 teaspoon chopped mint .
  • ½ teaspoon chopped parsley .
  • 3 cloves garlic .
  • Salt and pepper .
  • Palillo and cumin seed .

Preparation:

Fry ground garlic , add onion, sauté it and season with salt, pepper and cumin seed to taste .Add palillo, approximately half teaspoon , ground hot pepper and mint .Stir well and add tuna and potatoes, mix them well. Serve it and sprinkle parsley, garnish with white rice .
