Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken serving pieces.
  • 1 medium-sized finely cut onion.
  • 6 yellow potatoes.
  • 1 can tomato paste.
  • ½ cup oil.
  • ½ teaspoon ground garlic.
  • 100 gr. brown raisins.
  • 1 cup cooked peas.
  • Ground garlic to taste.

Preparation:

  • Fry chicken in oil. Take the pieces out and keep the oil.
  • In the same oil, prepare a seasoning with onion, garlic and tomato paste.
  • Add to this seasoning: chicken, peas, raisins, and cooked yellow potatoes.
  • Serve it with rice.
