Pantagruel Restaurant Chef.Ingredients:
- 6 chicken serving pieces.
- 1 medium-sized finely cut onion.
- 6 yellow potatoes.
- 1 can tomato paste.
- ½ cup oil.
- ½ teaspoon ground garlic.
- 100 gr. brown raisins.
- 1 cup cooked peas.
- Ground garlic to taste.
Preparation:
- Fry chicken in oil. Take the pieces out and keep the oil.
- In the same oil, prepare a seasoning with onion, garlic and tomato paste.
- Add to this seasoning: chicken, peas, raisins, and cooked yellow potatoes.
- Serve it with rice.
