Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken serving pieces.
  • 1 large chopped onion.
  • 1 ½ cup rice.
  • ½ cup chopped coriander.
  • ½ cup oil.
  • 1 chicken stock cube.
  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic.
  • 3 tablespoons ground yellow hot pepper.
  • 1 cup peas.
  • 1 cup corn kernels.
  • 1 chopped red pepper.
  • 4 large yellow potatoes.
  • 8 to 10 cups water.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  • Season the chicken serving pieces with salt and pepper.
  • In a pot, heat oil. Prepare seasoning with onion and ground hot pepper. Once cooked, add chicken and fry well. Add corn, peas, red pepper and coriander. Leave it soak for some minutes. Then, add water, chicken stock cubes, potatoes and rice. Boil it for some minutes until it thickens. Serve it immediately.
