 Tourism:

It has excellent white sandy beaches and places where to practice hunting and fishing. Its
waters are warm, well suited for swimming, water-skiing, yatching and oaring. In going
after Zorritos is the famous Caleta de la Cruz de Pizarro, where the conquerer with his
people landed (more than 4 centuries ago) to begin the conquest of Peru. The manglares are
famous and impressives, and there the famous "conchas negras" found a shelter.
Here we can find the National Park Los Cerros de Amotape,
with dry forest formations, which give this area a shrubby appearance, what make it
different from that of the coast.
